Bob Richard, guitar player, singer and entertainer has been performing live for 25 plus years. During the first decade of his musical career Bob has toured around most of the country, playing performances in most major cities and towns, and his experience does show those efforts when you see him play his live performances.

Bob has a wide range of musical styles going from flamenco to sometimes folk, rock and blues and even a little bit of country for good measure. Bob prides himself on being a very accomplished guitar player in many different styles. Rock, finger style, classical, and his original music does reflect all that musical knowledge. He is always trying to push the boundaries of his musical limits and feels that every day is going to offer a new musical adventure in some way or another. In his own personal practice sessions or in his many live shows in and around the lower mainland of Vancouver BC. Bob has also written hundreds of original compositions and has played and sung on many other performer’s albums and song creations. His philosophy is, "there's something to learn from every kind of music and every artist whether it's your cup of tea or not there's always something to be offered in every musical style".

"What I still find most interesting and inspiring is that even after many years of playing and performing music, every day has something new to offer musically. And I can always continue this journey and go further and further to find and be inspired by something I have not experienced yet. Music is a journey that will never end if you have the love and passion to do it.

A little about my acoustic show.

I play a wide variety of acoustic music for all occasions. From just instrumental acoustic, to singing full on pop and rock renditions of top 40 songs from the 50s
and every decade in between to current day music. You can request a special song for your ceremony or event in advance and I can usually arrange to have that song ready for your occasion.
I'm usually playing every weekend somewhere in and around the lower mainland. If you're interested in booking please feel free get in touch and I will back to you with some information of where we'll be playing.

I play wedding ceremonies, as well as private parties and pubs and clubs.
